Enhancements / New Features

1. Xero API - documents can now be attached to Purchase Orders
2. Webhooks enhancement to trigger when a document is uploaded
3. Vehicle Webhooks added

Bug Fixes

1. Prestart signature/images were not displayed on mailer notification and report
2. Prevent deletion of Fit for Duty (questions/checklist/fail reasons) with associated record
3. Maintenance running cost report was not calculating min/max hours/mileage for assets with null mileage/hours offset
4. Removed the date filter from Open Reminders
5. Fixed a Service Calendar error if no Services are present
6. Resolved an issue where the latest RUC reading not recalculating on delete
