Gearbox Updates 29/05/24

The enhancements listed below will be released over the course of this week.

Enhancements

1. Webhooks - Tyres and Inspections webhooks have been added to Gearbox.
2. Licence class - The 'Licence Class' label has been changed to 'Licence Category' on the Current and Archived Employees tables, Prestart Users table, and Current and Archived Employees reports.
3. WAHVA - We have started adding WAHVA specific requirements into Gearbox, including:

• • Added WAHVA entry and exit dates to the vehicle compliance tab
  • Added WAHVA accreditation to the Accredited Vehicles table
  • Added an accredited vehicle report named "AMMS Accredited Register"
  • Added WAHVAS as a review type
  • Added "Cautions" and "Court Matters" as NCR types

Prestart

Prestart native version 1.10.0 has been released on the App Store and Google Play Store, with updates including:

• • Users can now create and send Accident reports to Gearbox
  • Implemented an automatic abort for long-running network requests
  • Fixed Fit for Duty creation timestamp to correctly calculate checklist duration
  • Fixed an issue with displaying null limits on load sheets
  • Fixed the display of prestart hours offset in Gearbox
