Gearbox Updates 01/04/26

The following updates will be deployed Wednesday afternoon and will be live shortly after deployment is complete.

Enhancements & New Features

  • Repairs – Updated Work Order Experience
    The Repairs Work Order form has been updated with a modernised layout, improving usability across tablets and mobile devices.

    This update follows the enhancements previously introduced to Tyre Work Orders, bringing a more consistent and streamlined experience across workflows.

    Support for multiple signatures on a Work Order has also been added, providing greater flexibility when capturing approvals.
     

Bug Fixes

  • Dashboard Snapshot Emails – Incorrect Date in Subject
    Fixed an issue where Dashboard snapshot emails showed an incorrect date in the subject line. The correct date is now displayed.
     
  • Repairs – Enter Key Behaviour in Text Fields
    Fixed an issue where pressing Enter in a text area could unintentionally submit the Repair form. Enter now correctly adds a new line.
     
  • Repairs – Approved Badge Display
    Fixed an issue where the Approved badge displayed incorrectly on Repairs. Approval status is now shown accurately.
     
  • Repairs – Fault Type Handling and Dashboard Visibility
    Resolved a number of smaller issues affecting Repairs, including improved handling when converting faults to Repairs where variations of “Fault” already existed, and a fix for Repairs not appearing correctly in the Work Order Status dashboard.
