System Settings

Overview

Your Gearbox settings provide the flexibility to make high-level adjustments to your Gearbox account.

System Settings

1. Click on your User Icon (1),  then click on  Settings (2)

Global Settings

The Settings Menu will load with all configurable items in the system.

Modifying these settings will affect ALL users.

1. Business Information:
   In the 'Business Information' section, tailor essential details such as your business name, contact information, address, and ABN to reflect the identity of your company. This not only ensures accurate representation but also enhances the professional appearance of your communications within Gearbox.
   
   
2. Gearbox Options:
   This area presents a list of the subscribed modules within your Gearbox subscription.
   
   
3. Reports Logo:
   You have the option to personalise your account by adding your business logo. This logo will be visible on the Gearbox dashboard and in all PDF reports. 

System Parameters

You have the capability to customise the Gearbox system parameter settings to align with your preferences by choosing 'System Parameters.'

Every value in Gearbox can be customised and defined according to your requirements. 

All system parameters come with a default value, which is appropriate for most businesses but should be verified before editing to ensure they are suitable for your specific business needs. 

Gearbox Settings

In the left-side navigation menu, you'll find various Gearbox system settings for your customisation. Each submenu enables you to configure different settings and items, all described for easy customisation to suit your specific business needs.
