WAHVA

Overview

Gearbox allows you to be entered in both accreditation schemes, NHVAS and WAHVA. Please see the steps below on how to enter your WAHVA accreditation.

The Compliance module must be active in your Gearbox subscription.

WAHVA Vehicles

1. Go to Vehicles (1) 

WAHVA Vehicles - Admin Dashboard

2. Click on a Vehicle (2)

3. Click on the Compliance tab (3)

4. Enter your WAHVA Entry & Exit Date (if known) (4), enter your AMMS Permit Number & AMMS Permit Expiry Date (5) and click Save and Close (6)

5. All assets with a WAHVA Entry Date and where the WAHVA Exit Date has not yet lapsed, will appear under the Compliance > Accredited Vehicles > WAHVA Accredited tab (7)
