Mass Verifications

Overview

 

This article demonstrates how to add mass verifications to Gearbox.

 

The Compliance module must be active on your Gearbox subscription.

 

Adding a Mass Verification

1. Click on Compliance (1), then click on Mass Verifications (2).

2. To add a new entry, click Add New (3) or click on an existing entry in the table to edit it (4)

3. At a minimum, you must enter a Mass Verification Date (5), a Supplier (6), and a Vehicle (7), then click Save and Close (8). The other fields are not mandatory.

By default, Mass Verifications have an expiry date of 90 days from the Mass Verification Date you enter. You can edit Mass Verification Intervals by following the steps in this article.
