Add or Edit Book Register

Overview

 

This article shows you how to enter you compliance books into Gearbox, by doing so it will help you keep track of when a new book is needed.

 

The Compliance module is needed in order to add Compliance Books

 

Adding Book Types

1. Click on your User Icon (1) then click on Settings (2)

2. Click on Book Types (3)

3. Click Add New Type (4)

4. Enter in the Book Type Label (5) then click Save (6)

5. Once you have saved the new Book Type it will now appear in your Book Types list (7)

Adding Compliance Books

1. Click on Compliance (1) then click on Book Register (2)

2. Click on Add New (3)

3. Select a Vehicle (4) and Book Type (5) the below fields are option (6) click Save and Close (7)

4. The new book will now appear in the Current Books Issued (8)
