Exporting Data from Gearbox Tables

Overview

Gearbox offers the ability to export data to an Excel spreadsheet, providing extra columns and filtering options. You can also print your data based on the columns currently displayed on screen.

The example below demonstrates how to export data from the Vehicles page:

1. Navigate to the Vehicles page from your dashboard.
2. Select CSV to export the data as a spreadsheet.
   
3. Alternatively, select Print to export the currently visible data and columns.
   (This generates a PDF suitable for printing.)

Choosing CSV provides a file that can be opened or imported into Excel.
