Daily Snapshot Email

Overview

Gearbox will send a Daily Snapshot email to all users within the system to provide a high-level overview, highlighting areas that require attention. This provides an easy way to keep up to date with Gearbox information without logging in each day. Clickable counters in the email link directly to the relevant records in Gearbox.

Configuration

The frequency of Daily Snapshot emails can be updated on either the My Settings or Users page.

Daily Snapshot Email - Assets, Services, Repairs, Tyres

Daily Snapshot Email -  Employees, Reminders, Medicals, Training

Daily Snapshot Email -  Accredited Vehicles, Inspections, Permits, Non Conformances, Mass Verifications, Contractor Reminder, Books.

Daily Snapshot Email - Registrations Due
