Wixtrac Integration

Overview

Wixtrac has built an integration with Gearbox. The Wixtrac integration allows the import of odometer and hourly readings into Gearbox. These readings are essential for calculating service due dates and tracking running costs per hour or kilometre in Gearbox. Automatic readings from telematics are preferred over manual entries due to their reduced susceptibility to user error. The API feed from Wixtrac ensures consistent and timely capture of these readings.

You must have an active Wixtrac account and Gearbox administrative privileges to complete the below steps.

Setting up the Wixtrac Integration.

To set up the integration, you will need to provide your Gearbox Public API Key to Wixtrac. Follow the steps below:

1. Click your User Icon (1), then click on Integrations (2).

2. Locate the Gearbox Integration and select the Edit button (3).

3. Provide Wixtrac with your Gearbox API Authentication Token (4).
